Operations Analyst - (24/7/365 shifts)

Summer Browning Associates are currently seeking an Operations Analyst on a 24/7/365 shift pattern, to work for our Central Government client on an initial 6 month assignment

Location: Buckinghamshire

About the role:

Essential:

• Strong analytical skills. Ability to create, interpret and present data effectively.
• Sound level of technical WINTEL understanding.
• Previous Experience of working within a Service Desk environment, Incident and Request Fulfilment process disciplines + understanding of priority classifications and SLAs;
• Experience working in a secure environment
• Managing Modern Desktops - MD 101
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate MD 100
• 365 Desktop (Intune / EPM) Cloud experience
• Apple Mobile Phone / Apple Business Manager experience

Essential (Professional Qualifications and Accreditation):

• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
• Managing Modern Desktops - MD 101
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate MD 100

Desirable:

• Knowledge of operating IT systems within Government environments
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO20000 and ISO27001;
• O365 Accreditation
• ITIL v4 Foundation.
• Agile Foundation

NB:

• 12 Hour shifts (D= 7am-7pm & N=7pm-7am)
• Working 7 Days & 7 Nights over a 4 week pattern.
• E.g. DDDNNNRRRRDDDDRRRRRRNNNNRRRR then repeat (R = Rest)
• Successful applicant must be vetted to DV (Developed Vetting) before undertaking the assignment.
