Our client is a leading manufacturing company within the world of tools and weare seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead ourclient's sales efforts across Scotland. This role requires astrategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, capable ofanalysing market trends and driving business growth.

Duties

Work to achieve sales targets and budgeted P&L through effective sales management
Achieve maximum growth within individual portfolios
Carry out regular reviews and visits
Work alongside the board to agree and deliver an ongoing sales strategy
Identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Area Sales Rep in a fast paced environment.
Experience selling into merchants and end-users.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Ability to display a high degree of business acumen
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
