Are you a Contract Supervisor or a facilities management professional currently looking to come off the tools?
The ideal candidate will come from a technical background within facilities management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pricing of all re-bids, contract extensions and renewals of existing contracts
Developing relationships with either new clients or different areas of existing clients.
New clients can be defined as different sectors where we dont have an existing presence, Retail, Public Sector or Transportation for example.
Keen to focus on End Users rather Property Managers/Consultants
Depending on the size of the opportunity and location, either:
-Working as a team and split contract award value
-Smaller mobile/one manned opportunities to be tendered by you with full contract value going towards your target

£50,000-£60,000 per annum (DOE)
