An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Executive to join Gravitas International Ltd, a Manchester-based family business that manufactures and distributes environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional construction products. With roots dating back to 1965, we are a UK-based leader in innovative products for the water, construction, and environmental sectors, committed to lowering the global carbon footprint. Our clients include National Highways, The Environment Agency, SEPA, Network Rail, councils, and housing developers across the UK.

The Role:
We are expanding our sales division and looking for a Field Sales Executive, reporting to our CPD Manager,to present and offer free CPD seminars on Flex MSE, a vegetated retaining wall system, to prospective clients throughout Scotland. You will engage with engineers, councils, housing developers, and water authorities, booking both in-person and online 1-hour meetings. Responsibilities will include cold calling to schedule seminars, building relationships with potential clients, and meeting a target of 4 CPDs booked per week. Commission is paid for each presented seminar.

The role is 100% remote from our head office in Altrincham, although during the initial training period, occasional visits would be beneficial. Youll also be expected to attend sales training events with the rest of the team from time to time.


What We Offer:

  • Salary: £30,000-32,000 per year
  • Commission: Average £300 monthly, with additional commissions paid for presented seminars

Requirements:

  • Strong sales, public speaking, and client engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated. We're not an organisation that micro-manages and require an organised, motivated team to compliment our ethos.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and booking client meetings.
  • Computer literacy and a basic understanding of Excel.
  • Prior experience with Insightly CRM is a plus but absolutely not essential.
  • Eagerness to travel within Scotland.
  • A valid drivers license.
