About the role

We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our design team. In this role, you'll:

  • Deliver civil designs for infrastructure projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Handle everything from feasibility to detailed designs for construction
  • Supervise junior staff
  • Conduct site visits and write reports
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met

You'll work on various infrastructure projects from start to finish. This is a permanent, hybrid position.



What you'll do

  • Prioritise health and safety in all design work
  • Develop designs that meet client requirements and standards
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure projects stay on time and within budget
  • Help prepare and manage project budgets
  • Write and review feasibility studies and reports
  • Present engineering solutions to clients
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Check and approve design documents, drawings, and calculations


What we're looking for

  • Experience in designing infrastructure
  • Relevant degree (working towards professional accreditation is a plus)
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and basic AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in teams and meet project deadlines
  • Client-focused approach to service
  • Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong focus on health and safety
