Interim/contract Building Surveyor
Rate - DOE
Location - Hybrid/East Yorkshire
Start date: Soon.

We are currently working with a council/local authority who will be looking for experienced building surveyors.

Our client has a number of projects in the pipeline surrounding the maintenance and modernisation of a large portfolio of small to medium sized residential properties and accommodations.
Because of this they will be looking to expand their current team of building surveyors to manage the additional workload.

To be a right match for this opening, you must have the following experience in:

Delivering a proactive surveying service.
Providing detailed and objective assessments of property conditions.
Identifying potential property defects and issues.
Consulting and implementing necessary repairs.
Comply with future energy standards regulations to ensure modernization.
Knowledge regarding housing health and safety.

This role is offered outside IR35 and the client operates on a hybrid working model (dependent on project).
