Privately owned Health and Safety Business with established Fire Risk Assessment department now seeks an experienced Lead Fire Risk Assessor due to an increase in workload. The client has four active roles available, and the ideal candidate will hold the Level 4 in Fire Safety OR have extensive experience working on high rise properties. The client can offer regional based work in the South East, good benefits, company car or pre loaded travel card, as well as support through further career development and course training.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Dartford, Gravesend, Chatham, Gillingham, Canterbury, Tonbridge, Royal Tonbridge Wells, Croydon, Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Brentwood, Maldon, Chelmsford, Cheshunt, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Braintree, Clacton-on-Sea, Colchester, Saffron Walden, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Haslemere, Horsham, Woking, Guildford, Windsor, Slough, Reading.

Experience & Qualifications:
' Long term experience working as a Fire Risk Assessor.
' Well versed in PAS 79 Guidelines
' Will hold the Level 4 in Fire Safety OR another recognised qualification, with solid high rise building experience.
' Able to communicate with clients and colleagues efficiently.
' Able to use MS Office, Excel and Outlook.

The Role:
' Carrying out Type 1 and 3 assessments on medium / high-rise buildings within the residential and commercial sector.
' Providing support on fire strategies and exit plans.
' Producing detailed and site-specific reports based on risk assessment findings.
' Mentoring work colleagues.
' Working closely with a range of regulatory bodies and providing solutions on design issues.
' Carrying out Fire Safety inspections and compartmentation surveys.
' Identifying risks / issues and advising clients on how to avoid the risk of non compliance.
' Working with a range of specialist documents including ADB, BS, BB.
' Organise, plan and manage own workload.
