I am recruiting for a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor for a client of mine I'm working with in the West Midlands, in the education sector. This role offers the opportunity to develop and build existing and new client relationships with potential for an Director/Associate career path.

The role is 5 days a week with a flexible working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture client relationships.
  • Collaborate with building surveying and architectural teams.
  • Deliver high-quality refurbishment and new build projects.
  • Contribute to estate strategies for the education sector.

Qualifications:

  • Building surveying skills
  • Experience in conducting feasibility studies.
  • Expertise in project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant RICS accredited degree.

  • Salary: 50-60k (DOE)
  • Hours: 37.5 a week (Monday-Friday)
  • Start: October/November
