Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer seeking a dynamic and rewarding role in London?? We have an exciting opportunity available with one of our most prestigious clients, who is looking to expand their team with three qualified engineers for an exclusive site in London.
Position: Water Technician Maintenance Engineer
Location: London East or West london
Salary: £25,000- 34,000 per year
Shift Options: Monday to friday
Experience Required:
- Water treatment - ph levels, legionella checks
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic plumbing work
- Carpentry - tillings, carpets
- Painting and decorating
- Fixing and repairing
- Conducting PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
- Maintaining company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable condition
- Demonstrating reliability and a readiness to take on additional responsibilities
- Minimun 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance (essential)
