As a key player in the maintenance team, you'll report directly to the Maintenance Manager and take charge of all reactive and proactive maintenance work across the site. What You'll Do:

  • Safety First: Execute all maintenance tasks with a keen eye on employee safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Dynamic Maintenance: Provide both reactive and planned maintenance to keep our machinery in top shape.
  • Boost Efficiency: Collaborate with production line managers to minimise downtime and enhance output efficiency.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed maintenance records, ensuring all documentation is current and comprehensive.
  • Cost-Effective Solutions: Help manage a cost-effective spare parts store.
  • Diagnostic Excellence: Utilise your fault-finding skills to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on high-speed process lines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Expert: You are an electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer with solid experience in a production environment.
  • Certified Professional: Apprentice trained or holding an NVQ Level 2 in Engineering.
  • Independent Thinker: You can work independently, make confident decisions, and take initiative.
  • SCADA Experience: Whether this is Fault-finding or Programming
