Package: £100,000 - £120,000 Base Salary + OTE. package incl, Bupa Healthcare, Life Insurance, Pension, Car/Car Allowance, Tablet, Phone & home office.

Role

As Business Development Director you will be tasked with the planning, developing and implementation of strategic growth plans for teams delivering new business & account management globally. Shaping a defining a go to market cultivating and developing potential new business opportunities. You'll manage two teams one account management and one new business team. Bothfocused on developing business across the Data Centre both direct and via general contractors in central and western Europe. The role will lead and coach high performing sales teams who are focused on "solution selling" offering a tech solution in the form of; IT Infrastructure, Networking, Racking, cabling, IT managed services etc This role will require coaching & mentoring high performing teams globally. The successful candidate will lead a sales team of 8 and will be required to meet and exceed targets and converting marketing strategies into sales. We are seeking candidates with direct experience in the Data Center or IT infrastructure sectors ideally with experience selling to General Contractors. If you have a minimum of 3 years in either od these sectors then wed love to hear from you.

To be successful the ideal candidate will be ambitious, disciplined and well organised, possessing the focus, attention to detail. Experience managing teams who are closing long complex sales cycles through to fruition and winning business is an absolute must. Ideally having demonstrable experience in a high pressure sales environment ideally experience in the IT infrastructure & data centre industriessystems in EMEA/Globally. We are seeking the type of person is confident to coerce at all levels of business and interface with a multitude of organisations in different sectors. Polished oral, written communication & presentations skills are essential

The Package

This Business Development Director role as is offering a basic salary of £100,000 / £120,000 with a realistic OTE of £140,000+ OTE with an uncapped commission structure.
