Requirements

  • Hold a degree (Level 6) or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a businessdevelopment, project management or economic development role.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing the delivery of multiple projects for a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in recruiting businesses, individuals or stakeholders onto a programme/project.
  • Demonstrable experience in sourcing and securing new income opportunities through development of proposals, tenders and/or funding applications.
  • Demonstrable experience monitoring and reporting a project or programme's performance against budget and KPIs targets
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Enhanced vetting will be required before commencement in this role including Access NI

Responsibilities

  • Provide end to end project management to ensure successful delivery of skills development programmes and business projects
  • Full compliance in line with project aims and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate engagement activities to maximise income generation
  • Prepare bids and tenders
  • Collaborate with other departments including marketing to ensure programme success
  • Maintain and development new systems and processes to ensure success
  • Manage financial allocations to met revenue objectives
  • Performance management and continuous improvement
  • Develop and strengthen partnerships with internal and external partners
