We are looking for a Commercial Cost Manager to work within the Public Sector.
Location: Hybrid working - London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Blackpool, Newcastle or Glasgow
About the role: Responsible for validating, controlling and reporting of all costs associated with Estates Services, ensuring adherence and compliance with financial rules, policies, processes and procedures.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Commercial Finance / Cost Management / Estate Services background, with the following skills/ experience:
- Experience in Cost Management within Estate services supporting Public Sector contracts
- Experience in governance and management of Estates Services costs
- Experience in validating, controlling and reporting of all costs associated with Estates Services, ensuring adherence and compliance with financial rules, policies, processes and procedures
- Experience in Line Management of Cost Managers and Cost Management Assistant.
- Experience in Authority Supply Chain Members (ASCMs)
