Commercial ManagerBased in EnniskillenContract role for a minimum of 3 monthsDaily rate of up to £400 per day (depending on experience)Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our Nationwide clients to recruit this role on a contract basis for a minimum of 3 months.The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of commercial solutions across the business as well as day to day management/oversight of the Commercial team & it's functions.Duties involved in this role will include:* Day to day management of the Commercial team, ensuring all team member are coached & assisted wherever required* Identifying and managing all legal, commercial & financial risks to the business* Creating awareness & compliance with commercial best practice & both internal & external governance* Working closely with the contract teams on commercial queries & contract terms & conditions - to include risks & liabilities, payments, KPI's & specs* Ensuring risk registers are maintained and all items contained have a clear action plan in place* Providing support on all contract variations & change orders, ensuring they are executed in accordance with contract requirementsIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Extensive Commercial & Risk Management experience * Extensive & in-depth contract management, negotiation, variation & resolutions experience* People management experience within a Commercial function, with the experience & ability to lead the team from the front & provide training, coaching, support & mentoring to those reporting inIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
