Summary:

Due to emerging growth opportunities in the security industry and the successful expansion of our clients product offerings, they're now seeking to grow their team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive the creation of new business opportunities across the organisation.

A Business Development Representative (BDR) is essential in generating new sales prospects and feeding qualified leads into the sales pipeline. This role involves proactive outreach, follow-up, and passing on vetted leads to sales agents who will then work to convert them into new clients.

All product and service training provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute significantly to executing marketing campaigns aimed at generating and advancing new business opportunities.
  • Make B2B calls to targeted prospects to introduce, develop, and cultivate potential business opportunities.
  • Utilise various channels and tools, including email, LinkedIn, and social media, to reach and engage prospects.
  • Maintain regular communication with your line manager and team members.
  • Assist and provide coverage for other team members as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and other staff gatherings.
  • Support new team members by offering on-the-job training.
  • Offer coverage for colleagues as directed by your line manager.
  • Keep up-to-date with all written and verbal communications (i.e. emails/messages/calls)
  • Ensure all records are accurately maintained and consistently updated in line with company policies and procedures.

Desirable:

  • At least 1 year B2B sales experience
