We sell directly to garages. Our customers are usually small, independent, owner-operated businesses where our products make a real impact. In this competitive marketplace our products stand out from the crowd and we have a well-deserved reputation for quality and service.
We reach our market by making personal visits directly to prospective customers, making the sale face to face and fulfilling the order from stock carried on the van.
This is not a job for an order taker. To succeed in this role you will understand selling and how you make it work.
You must be well organised, efficient and effective in both winning new business and re-supplying existing customers.
At interview we'll need you to demonstrate the following:
- A memorable personality
- Track record and proficiency in face-to-face sales situations
- That you are a self-starter with energy and ambition for sales
- A track record in building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- The ambition and ability to take complete ownership of the role
- Basic salary plus UNCAPPED commission plus discretionary bonuses
- 37.5 hour working week
- 20 days plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days paid leave per annum
