Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis across diverse property portfolios.
• Manage and deliver refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Provide expert advice on property issues, including technical due diligence and building pathology.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining and developing strong professional relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements:

• MRICS ideally with some post-qualification experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver within set timeframes and budgets.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ambitious, driven, and capable of operating at a senior or associate level with a leadership mindset.
