The ideal candidate should have most of the following qualities:

- Proven experience in the commercial sector, advanced manufacturing, or higher education projects
- A strong background in leading projects with the ability to deliver complex schemes from concept to completion
- Exceptional technical and team collaboration skills, with the capability to mentor junior team members
- Reside within commutable distance to Preston
- Revit experience (training available for those not fully competent)
