What Youll Do
- Engage with Excitement: Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients exploring hedging for the first time.
- Drive Trade Excellence: Execute energy hedging products with precision and ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Collaborate to Innovate: Work closely with sales, marketing, onboarding, and credit teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Educate and Empower: Take a consultative approach, guiding clients through financial hedging options and building long-term trust.
- Stay Ahead: Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights on derivatives, commodities, and emerging opportunities.
- Expand Your Reach: Represent the company at industry events, network with peers, and help drive lead generation in new markets.
Your Role in Shaping the Future
Youll play a pivotal role in helping clients understand and implement commodity hedging strategies, while contributing to our brokerages growth in new sectors likegrainsandsoft commodities. Your efforts will not only drive success for our clients but will also establish you as a key player in an ever-evolving industry.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years in the futures market, with expertise in derivatives, options-based hedging, and trade execution.
- Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
- Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of commodity markets, particularly grains and soft commodities, is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Driven and independent, with a knack for thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Qualification: CF30 or equivalent is desirable.
