Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate, set up, and program CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. You will work closely with the production team to ensure the highest quality standards and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders) to produce parts as per specifications, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational guidelines.
  • Setup and Programming: Set up and program CNC machines using G-code or CAD/CAM software to achieve desired dimensions and tolerances. Adjust machine settings as necessary.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet exact specifications. Perform in-process inspections and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, ensuring they are in optimal working condition. Report any malfunctions or required repairs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to the machining processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including setup sheets, job orders, and inspection results. Complete job-related paperwork as required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other machinists, engineers, and production staff to meet production deadlines and resolve any technical issues.
