Your new companyYour new company is a rapidly expanding building & civil engineering contractor based in Co. Down, who now requires a Foreperson for commercial works in Co. Fermanagh. With an operational history of over 35 years, the company has evolved into a multidisciplined contractor offering design & build, civil engineering and project management services within the private and public commercial, refurbishment and maintenance sectors. With a busy orderbook for 2025, the company has continued to expand and now requires a Foreperson to join the team on a contract based in the Southwest.

Your new roleDue to new opportunities within the business and a busy orderbook this year, the company welcomes you as Site Foreperson, responsible for the supervision of construction teams on an upcoming commercial refurbishment scheme in Co. Fermanagh - due to run for 3-4 months. Your role will involve the supervision & organisation of site teams to ensure the smooth running of project to the quality required from the client and to the highest standards of health and safety. You will be responsible for the completion of assigned tasks, co-ordinating all available resources effectively and safely, ensuring the workload is completed within schedule.What you'll need to succeedAs a successful Site Foreperson, you will have previous experience in a site supervisory role, preferably coming from a trade background. Previous experience managing refurbishment and commercial schemes is essential. You must be CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS certified. You must have a proven track-record of delivering fast-paced refurbishment schemes as site no.1.
