A leading consultancy is currently seeking a motivated Graduate Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to a year of experience to develop their career in building surveying with a well established firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a range of building surveying services, including inspections, surveys, and assessments.
  • Support senior surveyors in preparing detailed reports, schedules of condition, and specifications.
  • Engage in contract administration and project management duties, with exposure to client-facing work.
  • Gain experience across various sectors, including residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Key Requirements:

  • An RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for personal development and professional growth.
  • Ideally, some practical experience through internships, placements or work experience in surveying (not essential).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
