- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
- Lead and coordinate teams of skilled pipe welders and fitters with a “hands-on” approach.
- Interpret and work with engineering documentation, including P&ID drawings (essential).
- Develop project schedules and ensure time is managed effectively.
- Attend company meetings and issue/revise method statements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and foster a positive, problem-solving environment.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and other trades through effective communication.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, managing medium to large teams.
- Ideally time-served as a fitter/welder, with 5+ years of project supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting and utilising engineering documentation, particularly P&ID drawings (essential).
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead teams to success.
