On offer is the opportunity to join a growing construction business, established for over 50 years, with sites across Ireland, secured book of business and looking to grow further across renewables, civil, electrical and other exciting projects.
In this role you will liaise with client's representatives, negotiate with subcontractors, management of project costs, agree variations and valuations, commercial management of minor civil projects.
The ideal candidate is based commutable to Omagh, comes from a civil construction background and has contract management experience in commercial civil projects, managing and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
THE ROLE:
- Tender Management.
- Budget and cost control.
- Commercial Management of minor civil projects
THE PERSON:
- Civils Construction experience
- Project and cost control in civil construction
- Degree, diploma in engineering or construction management.
