Fit-Out Project Manager - Permanent - Northern Ireland, UK - £45,000 - £55,000

ARM is working with a specialist joinery and interior fit-out company in the maritime industry, they are currently recruiting for an experienced project manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience leading project delivery within the interior fit-out industry and a third level construction related qualification. Candidates must have excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills along with strong contract knowledge and commercial acumen. Experience of delivering marine fit-out projects is desirable, but not essential. Main duties will include:

  • Manage the successful delivery of projects.
  • Undertake responsibility for all safety, health, environment and quality matters ensuring adherence to statutory and legal requirements and Company procedures.
  • Develop the project plan and budget, monitor progress and ensure deliverables are achieved.
  • Ensure that project resources i.e. staff, labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors are effectively managed.
  • Manage client relationships.
  • Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and the contractual position is not compromised.
  • Proactively participate in value engineering to maximise project contribution.
