Are you an experienced Project Manager with a good understanding of health and safety legislation looking for a varied role within a growing company providing high quality homes and offices across Northern Ireland?

This well-established company provide modern homes and commercial refurbishment across multiple commercial and residential sites in and around Belfast and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their friendly team.

This varied role will see you managing the design and construction team, liaising with the company director, managing costs and understanding client and customer needs. You will initially receive training and then work closely with the design, construction and senior management teams completing projects across Belfast and the surrounding areas. This role requires travel and the company provide a vehicle, laptop and phone.

This exciting role would suit a Project Manager who is happy managing current and potential new construction projects, can travel to sites across Belfast and the surrounding areas and who has a good knowledge of the Northen Ireland Health and Safety legislation.

The Role:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00
  • Report project issues with the company director
  • Manage project costs
  • Manage design and construction teams
  • Discuss client and customer needs
  • Oversee current and potential new projects

The Person:

  • Experienced Project Manager (5+ years)
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Good knowledge of Northern Irish Health and Safety Legislation
  • Commutable to Belfast and the surrounding area
