My client is looking for a Contract manager to work directly with the client on smart building projects.
This will involve Client liaison, contract management, site coordination, stakeholder collaboration, compliance oversight, risk assessment, performance monitoring, documentation and budget oversight.
Skills needed:-
Proficiency in contract management software and project management tools
knowledge of energy efficiency standards eg LEED and BREEAM
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills
Must have been a contract manager for minimum 3 years
