Contract Manager

Trevett Serviceshave an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Managertojoin anationalFM & building services provider in Oxford.

You will play a vital part in building a positive relationship with the client and being accountable forthe financial performance of the contracts.

This is a full timepermanentrole,payingup too£75,000 per annumin addition to a company car and acomprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:

  • To ensure personnel manage the contract to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • To ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed.
  • To ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups.
  • To ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the CAFM system.
  • To be on call as part of the management team.
  • To maintain commercial understanding of the client contractual deliverables across all services.
  • To work with operational management to develop performance measurement and improvement objectives.
  • To drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives
  • To drive profit improvement through both sales generation and cost saving initiatives in a collaborative manner with the operations teams

Essential experience the Contract Manager would need:

  • Must have a full clean drivers licence
  • Must have a recognised hard services industry qualification
  • Must have experience managing TFM within Pharmaceutical or process-controlled environments
  • Experience of using a CAFM system to manage engineering team
  • Able to build on client relationship
  • Must be available to participate in an out of hours on call rota. The role may require the individual to work late from time to time
