GRC Consultant

This GRC Consultant will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks across the organisation, ensuring governance controls are effectively implemented. You will provide strategic direction and engage with stakeholders at all levels to address complex challenges and drive risk management initiatives.

Day Rate: £550-£600pd
IR35 Status: Outside
Duration: Initial 3 months
Travel: Fully Remote

This GRC Consultant will have the following previous experience:

Ensuring robust governance processes are in place for managing risks related to commercial, regulatory, and compliance activities.
Conducted risk assessments, maintain a comprehensive risk register, and provide timely reports to senior leadership and committees.
Facilitated discussions with senior leadership, offering insights and guidance on key risks for informed decision-making.
Oversaw risk identification and evaluation to ensure strategic plans address operational, financial, and reputational risks.
Partnered with department heads to assess and prioritise risks, using scenario analysis to evaluate potential business impacts.
Ensured all risk management practices comply with relevant laws and industry standards.
