Our Software Development & Engineering Programme is designed for graduates looking to start their careers; offering a pathway to growth and opportunity in the consultancy field. The programme unlocks opportunities in roles such as Full Stack Development, Back End Engineering, and Software Testing, encompassing languages like C#, C++, Phyton and Java. Alongside these, it offers pathways into DevOps, Cloud Computing, Architecture, Automation, and Data Engineering. You'll also have the flexibility to specialise in other areas of interest.

The programme begins with a dynamic 12-week intensive consultancy training, designed to align with the latest industry standards and client expectations. Led by seasoned industry experts through our interactive virtual academy, you'll dive into practical, scenario-based learning and hands-on projects that simulate real-world challenges. Upon completing your training, you'll be well-equipped to collaborate with top brands across various sectors, contributing to exciting and diverse projects.

As part of your ongoing professional development, you'll also have the opportunity to pursue recognised industry certifications from professional bodies such as BCS, ISTQB, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, and Amazon, further enhancing your expertise and positioning you for excellence in your chosen professional discipline.

Open to graduates securing 2:1 or above in a relevant subject. Our selection process assesses academic achievements and transferable skills through video or face-to-face interviews, aptitude assessments, and technical skills testing.
