£250 - £275 a day via umbrella
We are working in partnership with a well-known global technology firm to hire a training delivery manager. Their approach is evolving into a fully blended model, and the Programs and Deployment team is focused on creating and implementing programs that enable the best experience.
This London-based role supports the team with the deployment and measurement of scalable training solutions across a wide and varied region. The role also assists in executing central events efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in running in-person events for up to 50 participants, collaborating with the Events team.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across 30+ countries with clear, timely communication.
- Arrange and coordinate speakers and agendas.
- Assist the team in planning and executing the event schedule for new learning paths.
- Support regional teams in expanding training content via partner LMS platforms.
- Track training content consumption by partner staff and follow up with country teams.
- Identify and communicate gaps or issues affecting training success and find opportunities for improvement.
- Measure impact on cost and time savings.
- Document processes and produce relevant playbooks.
Required Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, hands-on self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
