Your new roleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Posting and issuing bills to clients
  • Managing credit control and debt collection
  • Issuing client statements
  • Resolving client billing queries
  • Administering a shared mailbox
  • Resolving unallocated cash and undischarged payments

What you'll need to succeedYou possess a minimum of 1 year's relevant credit control experience in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You should be accurate, efficient and organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed and the ability to maintain strong relationships with customers. You should be able to work independently and have a willingness to take on additional tasks and challenges.
