Oliver James have partnered with a leader in the credit servicing industry to recruit for a Customer Service Exectuive. This hire will be joining an established team and delivering exceptional customer service on the early arrears team.
It's important to note that this role is a 6 month contract however the successful candidate will have a strong likelihood of being extended or being made permanent.
What you can expect:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls for the servicing of customer loan accounts.
- General loan administration requirements such as issuing mortgage statements, redemption statements and ad hoc manual lettering as required.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
What you need to apply:
- Strong mortgage knowledge.
- Previous contact centre experience and/or financial services.
- QFA or APA.
