Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Complaints Assistant on a temporary basis, up to 8 weeks for an organisation to have the initial oversight of all feedback from customers through surveys, compliments and complaints.
Duties of the Complaints Assistant role will include, but is not limited to:
- Support complaint handlers by advising on decisions
- Monitor and manage the enquiries inbox
- Investigate and respond to complaints
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure records are kept up to date
Essential Requirements for the Complaints Assistant:
- Previous customer service experience
- Organisational skills
