Role: Contact Centre Sales Team Manager

Full Time Permanent
Hybrid, 1-2 days per week on site
Salary: £34,000-£40,000 depending on experience - OTE circa £50,000

CCA are delighted to be partnered with a market leading organisation based in the East Midlands, who are recruiting for a Contact Centre Sales Team Manager opportunity, managing a team and driving performance within an Inbound Sales department.

The Role of Contact Centre Sales Team Manager...
- Managing a sales through service team of circa 15 advisors.
- Focus on hitting sales targets and KPI's such as average call handling, quality and conversion.
- Conducting 121's with your team, looking at areas to improve performance and regularly providing feedback.
- Setting a clear strategy and goals making sure you and your team align with this.
- Drive best practice to ensure that you are constantly hitting the right standards.
The Person
- Demonstrable evidence of leading a team of sales through service advisors in a busy contact centre environment.
- Strong operational leadership and able to demonstrate hitting sales targets consistently.
- Able to hit key metrics in relation to culture engagement scoring and customer NPS results.
- Commercially savvy and able to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate and work effectively with peers internally at all levels.
- Always strive to do the right thing by your customer base.
- Able to coach and mentor your team effectively.
