We are currently recruiting permanent Customer Service Representative to cover a Spanish helpline for an established client based in Newport.

The vacancy is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £24,000.

The candidate will be based in Newport. The work hours would be 8-4 or 9-5 on a rota basis, Monday to Thursday and 8 to 4 on the Fridays.

The role would really suit a keen problem solver, with attention to detail and could prioritise workload tasks.

Duties

covering multiple language helplines
processing orders
arranging deliveries
invoicing
providing technical support.

Experience and Competence

Essential

native Spanish speaker, as Spanish fluency, both written and verbal is essential.
The role will also be covering some UK calls so fluent in English is also needed.
It would be a big advantage if you could also speak French, but this is not essential.
