Key Responsibilities:

Leading client projects and providing subject matter expertise
Working in scrum-like environments for iterative and 'fail-fast' work and innovation
Assessing clients' business and technical needs, identifying opportunities for data science
Solving problems using data science techniques in a scientifically robust manner
Identifying relevant data sources and leveraging them to meet client needs
Working with various forms of data and suitably modelling them for efficient data science use
Investigating and analysing data to derive meaningful insights
Applying statistical and evidence-based techniques to inform data-driven decisions
Communicating technical content at an appropriate level to clients and internal teams
Building maintainable code using existing and novel data science techniques
Designing, evaluating, and implementing data science and machine learning techniques
Developing scalable models and algorithms for production environments

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and data engineering
Experience in a consultancy, engineering, or data industry environment
Proven ability to lead client delivery across various projects
Experience working with cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Demonstrable continuous personal development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with CI/CD tooling and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
Understanding of coding best practices and design patterns
