Data Analyst - SQL/Tableau - sought by leading investment bank based in Canary Wharf - Belfast - Hybrid

*inside IR35 - umbrella*

Main Responsibilities:

Build and optimize SQL queries to analyse, reconcile, and interrogate data
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to effectively communicate data stories pertaining to business, client and sales performance
Proactively identify and escalate Data Quality issues and drive remediation
Provide direction and technical leadership on complex projects and in all phases of the development and implementation process, ensuring essential procedures are followed
Consult with business end users to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new projects and process enhancements
Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines

Experience Required:

5+ years Data Analysis experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail
Strong data reporting skills
Extensive SQL experience
Extensive Tableau experience
Ability to work under pressure in an agile environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce reports, documentation, and communicate with senior management. Ability to seamlessly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues
Self starter with the ability to work independently
