Job Role: Data Administrator

Location: Hollywood, BelfastEmployment Type: Permanent, OnsiteHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary: £23,333 per annum

We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Data Administrator to join a growing team. This role involves ensuring all Occupational Health (OH) data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with GDPR regulations. The successful candidate will adhere to internal processes and quality standards while managing data records effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify hard copy medical records and define their retention periods in accordance with the Data Record Policy.
  • Organise and implement the destruction and/or archiving process for hard copy records at the Belfast office.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant procedures and protocols.
  • Upload and scan outstanding data from clinicians onto the relevant systems.
  • Scan and distribute daily incoming post for the OH team.
Essential Criteria
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • IT proficiency, including familiarity with relevant systems and tools.
