Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a brand ambassador; endorsing the brand's behavioural values in order to lead, develop and manage an outstanding team who consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be a key support for the UK business to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision - to become a unique premium & sport inspired brand, improving profitability and desirability while respecting the company's values.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to deliver excellence.
• Able to understand, interpret and communicate internal financial results and KPIs to your team.
• You will support the Store Manager to inspire and coach the team.
• Ensuring a perfect and sales orientated product presentation in cooperation with the RVM (Merchandising).
• Build and develop a strong rapport with the team conducting daily briefings, 1-1 coaching sessions and presenting regular meetings to develop consistent communication and meet clear objectives/targets.
• Being innovative, bringing innovative ideas to the brand's platform and being proactive.
• Embrace high standards of visual excellence.
