About the Role
As the Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation, you will lead the ideation, delivery, and optimization of innovative digital products. This senior leadership role integrates product ownership, account management, and UX expertise to create seamless, high-value user experiences.
You'll work closely with clients, translating their visions into actionable strategies and ensuring projects deliver measurable success. Your role will also focus on guiding design and development teams to craft intuitive and impactful digital products that achieve both business goals and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership:
Develop product roadmaps that balance innovation, usability, and business outcomes. Oversee end-to-end delivery to ensure alignment with client and user needs. - UX Leadership:
Drive user-centric design processes, ensuring all products deliver seamless customer journeys and intuitive interfaces. Collaborate with designers to craft user personas, user stories, and interactive prototypes. - Account Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships. Act as the main point of contact to ensure alignment between client goals and project execution. - Project Oversight:
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, emphasizing quality and client satisfaction. - Strategic Vision:
Identify market opportunities and emerging technologies to drive digital innovation. Translate these insights into actionable strategies for product growth and optimization. - Continuous Improvement:
Conduct UX audits and leverage user feedback to refine and enhance digital products post-launch. - Client Engagement:
Provide clear, actionable communication to stakeholders, bridging technical and creative aspects to present cohesive solutions.
Key Skills & Competencies
- UX Expertise:
Deep knowledge of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and user interface design. Skilled in creating user personas and testing design prototypes. - Product Management:
Proven ability to manage the lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to delivery and optimization. - Client Communication:
Strong ability to manage client expectations, present design strategies, and provide clear, actionable updates. - Strategic Thinking:
Balancing creative vision with practical solutions to achieve both user satisfaction and business ROI. - Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with modern software development practices, including CI/CD, cloud hosting, and API integrations. - Collaboration:
Experienced in working across cross-functional teams, ensuring synergy between design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
