Are you a CAD Draughtsperson looking for an exciting challenge as a member of a team designing complex, special purpose manufacturing machinery?

Based in South Wales, this company are among the fastest growing manufacturers in the UK and have been consistent in their success since the start. Having won multiple awards and achieved international recognition for their unique and innovative products they have recently seen an exciting period of growth. Working as part of a growing in-house design team you will be involved in leading the machinery design for their South Wales factory as well being involved in future projects to establish new manufacturing facility overseas.

In this role you will be working as a part of a close-knit design team responsible for the design and optimisation of innovative manufacturing lines. There will be requirement to be on site a lot of the time, but also flexibility for hybrid working depending on project requirements. The company utilise SolidWorks and are looking for a power user to draw up and detail engineering designs produced by the team. You will have the opportunity to help develop and mentor more junior members of the team and graduate engineers to improve their solidworks skills.
