Sonic Summary

Statim Healthcare is looking for a passionate Deputy Home Manager to lead a team in delivering high-quality care to children.
Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of the care sector, preferably in a supported living setting, and experience supporting children with learning difficulties.
A good understanding of Ofsted regulations and an NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care are required.
Experience in leading a team of Care Managers, Seniors, and Children's Support Workers, along with PMVA training, is essential.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in the field.

Do you?

Possess in depth knowledge of the care sector preferably within a supported living setting

Have experience supporting children with learning difficulties and managing challenging behaviour

Good knowledge off the Ofsted regulations

NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care

Experience leading a team and engaging a team of Care Managers, Seniors and Childrens Support Workers

Have PMVA training
