Statim Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager who is passionate about leading a team and delivering care to children at the highest possible standard.

Do you?

Possess in depth knowledge of the care sector preferably within a supported living setting

Have experience supporting children with learning difficulties and managing challenging behaviour

Good knowledge off the Ofsted regulations

NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care

Experience leading a team and engaging a team of Care Managers, Seniors and Childrens Support Workers

Have PMVA training
