We are currently supporting our client who is looking for an Interim Clinical Lead to support one of their units in their nursing home. This role focuses on clinical oversight, improving staff culture and resident safety.

Ensure the highest quality of care is provided
High level of clinical oversight
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

 Requirements 

Management experience in care settings
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Understanding of safety, safeguarding, and commercial operations
