Panoramic Associates are working with a leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Environmental Design Consultancy serving the construction industry in recruiting an Electrical Design Engineer to play a key role in delivering end-to-end project services-from client briefings and planning to design, supervision, and completion.

Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer
Location: East Midlands (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time Permanent

Join our team as a Key Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual and detailed design solutions tailored to client needs.
Conduct detailed electrical design and calculations using software like HevaComp, Amtech, IES, and Dialux.
Produce comprehensive electrical specifications, schedules, reports, and technical papers.
Represent the company at client, design team, and site meetings (level-dependent).

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering (preferred but not essential).
Proven experience in Electrical building design systems.
Proficient in design software (Amtech, Dialux, Relux).
Chartered status is an advantage; a commitment to ongoing learning is highly valued.
