About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivatedElectrical Engineerto join our growing team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the HVAC industry and to contribute to the success of a dynamic company. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards, and delivering exceptional service to clients across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in HVAC systems.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with the latest electrical standards and regulations (18th Edition).
  • Perform fault-finding, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for electrical systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure system safety and efficiency.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and standby duties (1 in 8-week shift).
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues to provide high-quality service and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
  • Operate in a mobile role across various sites around London.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and ensure the safe operation of electrical systems.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid18th Edition Electrical Qualification.
  • Proven experience in theHVAC industry, with knowledge of electrical systems used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule across multiple locations in London.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving license (Company vehicle and fuel card provided).

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience with on-call/standby rotations.
  • Experience working with both commercial and residential electrical systems.
