Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer
I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for lead electrical maintenance engineers (with multi experience) to work on a contract in Central London. T
Salary £48,000+ overtime
Site in Central London
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 2 engineers
Respond to reactive maintenance
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
Reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical, electrical systems
Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
Plans to grow and climb the ranks in a company
