Position: Experienced Electrical Engineer
Location: St Alban's, Hollington, and other UKPN network sites
Employment Type: Self-Employed
Hourly Rate: £25 - £30 per hour (dependent on experience)
We are looking for skilled and reliable Electrical Engineers to join our team for ongoing work across 3 UKPN network sites in St Alban's and surrounding areas. If you have experience working on substations and hold the relevant UKPN accreditations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical work across UKPN network sites in St Alban's and Hollington.
- Work on substations and associated electrical systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, in accordance with industry standards, and meets the requirements of UKPN.
- Provide high-quality service while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- UKPN accreditation (essential).
- Previous experience working on substations and electrical networks.
- Self-employed status with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
