Our client, one of the UK's leading property services providers is looking for a talented electrical engineer to support maintenance works on multiple contracts in the built environment across Hertfordshire. Role
- Ensuring the smooth operation of commercial building systems on corporate and government sites through the delivery of effective maintenance services.
- Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly PPM checks.
- Receive and action reactive/emergency job requests through a CAFM system.
- Servicing a range of electrical and mechanical building systems.
- Liaising with clients, managers, team members, and external contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records of work.
- Ensuring compliance with H&S standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Facilities Maintenance Engineering.
- Full UK Drivers License with no more than 6 spent points.
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Diploma 2330/2365 (or equivalent).
- Must be located in Hertfordshire.
- £40,000 - £42,000
- 25 Days AL + Birthdays off
