• Salary: upto £37,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance electrician to join an established team supporting PPM and reactive maintenance in the Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable, long-term position with a competitive salary, role is full time, permanent M-F core working hours.

Key Responsibilities include both electrical:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
• Domestic and commercial electrical maintenance, ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Periodic inspection & testing of domestic dwellings, conducting essential electrical checks to maintain compliance and safety.
• Minor heating installation works, supporting heating system installations with necessary electrical connection.
• Rewires, upgrading and replacing outdated or faulty wiring to maintain system integrity.
• Carry out smoke alarm installations, ensuring the proper installation and function of smoke detection systems.
• Fuse board upgrades, modernising electrical panels to meet current regulations and performance standards.
• Excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work under pressure, use own initiative, and be a part of the team.
• Ability to work within specified timeframes

Required

• NVQ Level 3 -Electrical
• 18th Edition Qualification
• CSR card
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing
• Domestic or commercial experience
• Valid UK Driver's License
